I know it is my fault, I shouldn't have left my bag unattended.
But it's not my first time leaving my bag like this at the usual spot.
No one was at the gym during the time (except the PTs), class just started & I'm certain that no one was using the shower room nor hanging at the lockers.
Everything happened so fast, so the person must know Amore Fitness well. This thief should be one of the staff. It must be. I'm sure. However, Amore Fitness did not try their best to help me, instead they push my problem around and left me holding on the line for half an hour and no one attend to me. Next day, the manager called again saying she would check the CCTV, which to this date, I still have no news on it. I would appreciate if you guys, (be responsible abit) let me know about it, whether have or don't have.
It's my 5th year with them, their customer service is getting bad to worst. Are they even being trained properly before they are hired or they are only trained to "hard-sell" people?
To the thief: I take it I donate to the charity because I think u are in need of paying your medical bills or you have never own a PRADA in your life. However, there's a dark secret on that wallet. Walk in to any PRADA store, you will know why. =)
And lastly, thank you for taking my identifications too! I'm still hesitating to change because of the way I look now but I didn't because I want to keep the classic photo of me. Now I can haz everything new =D
