Bought the Ice Cream pop mould from Daiso at $2!
Recipe
- 9 Strawberries
- 20 Blueberries
- 300g of Low Fat Natural Yogurt(That is 2 packs of yogurt. For me I love Marigold brand!)
- 1TBSP Honey(I used Organic Honey. Can be replaced by sugar... but personally find honey tastier and healthier.)
Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend on high speed. Can't exactly tell you guys how long it takes but it's only a few second in my blender. The longer you grind them, the smoother your pops will be!
Lastly, pour the mixtures to your moulds (the recipe above is enough to make 8 pops!) and FREEZE for at least a 4-5 hours until solid.
I'll update again when I try out different recipes.
